Verified visuals is the process of producing accurate visuals using different techniques to verify the scale, location, and materials of a proposed development to a photograph.
The level of verification varies from project to project. It can be a simple verification detail using free data from the web to very sophisticated methods that requires to buy data or actually go out and collect data using survey equipment.
AVR LEVEL 0 – Location and size of proposal.
AVR LEVEL 1 – Location, size and degree of visibility of proposal.
AVR LEVEL 2 – As level 1 + description of architectural form.
AVR LEVEL 3 – As level 2 + use of materials.
