Jim Lisamore Starts as Visualisations Team Leader

Jim Lisamore joins FTR Visuals with a wealth of experience in the Architectural Visualisation industry. His career has spanned 30 years with an initial education in Interior Architecture and working in the field as an interior designer and technician. He quickly moved into the Visualisation world where his skills have evolved along with the continual developments within the growing CGI industry.  

After 10+ years in architectural studios Jim worked in specialist Visualisation studios including as a Director at Hayes Davidson where his roles included working on major projects for marketing and specifically planning projects. Jim was part of the team commenting on the 2012 draft LVMF document and helped develop techniques for accurate depiction of developments in the planning process. His projects have covered all stages of the planning process from Pre-Planning concept images through Verified AVR Images, to Public Inquiry. Significant projects include; Hampton House, Bvlgari Hotel, 30 St Mary Axe, 100 Bishopsgate, Wembley Stadium, One Hyde Park, 1 Park Place, Newfoundland Tower, 9^th Avenue New York, as well as many others around the world.  

Following his work for other studios Jim set up and has directed his own businesses for over 15 years. He brings that whole set of experience to FTR Visuals to enhance the CGI visualisation expertise as well as the property market expertise in accurate Planning Images.  

Along with the Landscape LVIA techniques that FTR will continue to produce in their specific field of Renewable Energy Planning, this will be enhanced by Jim’s knowledge of the TVIA & AVR processes used in the property market for planning material.
