Cleve Hill Solar and Energy Storage Park in Kent. Cleve Hill will be in excess of 350MWp powering more than 91, 000 homes, once constructed. As part of the Landscape Team at Arcus Consultancy Services, Yannis assisted with the preparation of the LVIA. The project adopted a landscape led approach which ensured the solar park worked within the landscape. The Landscape and Visualisations work on this project was shortlisted for a Landscape Institute Award in 2020.
Our team produced the Year 1, Year 5, and Year 10 summer and winter photomontages for the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA), illustrating the project’s anticipated appearance over time and through seasonal landscape conditions.
