Planning CGI’S

Snaresbrook is an affordable housing development located on a constrained site adjacent to Snaresbrook Station in East London. Designed by Rolfe Judd Architects and developed by Pocket Living, the scheme delivers 74 new affordable homes on a challenging brownfield site.

We were asked by Pocket Living to produce a series of planning CGI visualisations for the development, illustrating the proposed architecture, landscape and key design features.

A key feature of the scheme is the rooftop garden, providing a shared community space for residents. High-quality landscaping and planting are integrated throughout the development, creating a variety of spaces for relaxation, socialising and working.

The communal entrance lobby incorporates resident seating areas and post lockers, creating a welcoming and functional arrival space. A new pedestrian route through the existing station car park provides improved access to the development while helping to soften the character of the retained car park through new landscaping and planting.
