Pre-Planning CGI’S
Michelet Acacia is an existing mixed-use building on the main esplanade of La Défense, Paris. We were commissioned by our long-standing client, YM Architecture, to create a series of CGI visuals for their refurbishment proposals.
Starting from a base Revit model, we developed the project and its surroundings entirely in 3D, creating a flexible 360-degree environment that allowed us to explore the scheme from any viewpoint. Working closely with YMA, we developed a contemporary material palette to convey the light and spacious character of the proposed interiors.
A key feature of the refurbishment was the introduction of new terraces, collaboration spaces and green roof gardens. These were carefully visualised through detailed architecture, landscaping and planting, creating a cohesive set of images that communicates the atmosphere and experience of the redesigned building.
