Planning approval granted for Wansbeck Road in Fish Island, Hackney Wick!

We are delighted to see planning approved for Wansbeck Road in Fish Island, Hackney Wick.  Our team supported the project team by delivering the Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) for the scheme, helping to clearly and accurately communicate the proposed development within its townscape context.  The site will transform a prominent site in Fish Island, delivering co-living studios and affordable homes in a distinctive, sustainable development. Wansbeck Road is fully car-free development that will also prioritise sustainable drainage and urban greening. The landscape design incorporates rain gardens, bioswales and permeable paving, while roof-mounted PV panels will provide renewable energy. The scheme has been designed to achieve BREEAM Excellent. Projects like Wansbeck Road demonstrate the important role that robust verified visualisations can play in the planning process, particularly for significant developments within complex urban environments.
